The specific scope, deliverables, fees and timelines of any engagement are governed by a separate written agreement or statement of work between you and Trunex.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Trunex shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site. Liability arising from a services engagement is governed by the applicable services agreement.
You agree to indemnify and hold Trunex harmless from claims arising out of your misuse of the Site or breach of these Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of India, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Thane, Maharashtra, India, unless otherwise agreed in a services agreement.
We may revise these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
